Checkout - Payment

Currently, we do not have a gateway set up to accept credit cards directly. You can checkout with PayPal as a guest, then enter your information.

Shipping - General

USPS is the most accessible shipping courier in Guam. It is difficult using services provided by other couriers (DHL, UPS, Fedex), due to our location and other restrictions.

We ship domestically to the US. This includes all 50 states, all US territories, and freely associated states.

APO/FPO/DPO addresses have to be within the US. For addresses outside the US, please use the contact form or e-mail us.

We can send most items internationally. We do not ship items such as: rods, spearguns, handspears, and knives. To order, please use our contact form or e-mail us, as we only accept domestic orders through the website. Payments will be made through a PayPal invoice.

Customers/addressees are responsible to pay for any duties and taxes their governments require.

We cannot ship to the following destinations: Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire), Liberia, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela.

Currently, we are unable to ship fishing rods internationally. This is due to limitations on shipping courier services and other restrictions.

This depends on the destination of the order. The following are estimated delivery times:

  • Contiguous states, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico: ~ 7-14 business days
  • Hawaii, CNMI, FSM: ~ 3-7 business days

Shipping - Problems

Most cases, it is in transit, but USPS has not updated the tracking number. Sometimes USPS updates the tracking number once it reaches your local post office.

If 7 days has passed since you placed your order, and you have not received your package, you may contact us and we will send a help request form to USPS.

If 20 days passed since you placed your order, and you have not received your package, please contact us and we can file an insurance claim for possible missing mail.

If the package is damaged, and if you suspect the items are damaged, DO NOT refuse the package nor return it to the post office. Contact us ASAP so we can file an insurance claim. Provide pictures of the damaged items and package as we need them for evidence. Once the claim is filed, we can re-send your order as replacement or refund you full amount.

Sorry, we can only cancel orders before we ship out. You may request USPS to intercept or redirect the package. Otherwise, it will count as a return.


Shipping - Price

Shipping cost depends on the following: location (distance), item weight, package weight, package size (dimensional weight), packaging materials, and package value.

Some of our items require custom packages to ship, such as: rods, large reels (trolling, electric), and rod & reel combos. Because of the custom packages, shipping price will vary, so we do not set a fixed price nor an auto-calculated price.

We will use what is best-suited to securely pack the items at a reasonable shipping cost.

The prices are determined by multiple factors:

  • Secure packaging - We ship most rods to the US with custom reinforced PVC tubes. Exceptions may include rods that cannot fit, such as rods with bent butts, surf rods with large guides, and rod & reel combos. Packaging materials and handling are some factors to determine the shipping price.
  • ** Rods going to neighboring islands (Hawaii, CNMI, FSM, etc.) may be sent in corrugated cardboard boxes, depending on the value and sensitivity of the rod.
  • Distance - For us, USPS marks the contiguous US, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands as "Zone 8". Sending heavy or oversized packages to far destinations will cost more.
  • Package Size - Some items may be oversized that USPS charges "dimensional weight" instead. Surf rods, trolling rods, bottom fishing rods, and rod & reel combos may need to be charged by the DIM weight.
