Return/Exchange/Refund Policy (at local store ONLY)
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
NO RECEIPT = NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
WITHIN 14 DAYS.
We do NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges of any product if the product shows any sign of use by the consumer. This includes but not limited to: misuse, abuse, wear and tear, chips, cracks, scratches, rust, dirt, or any form of contact that has affected the physicality of the product. Products must be unused with original packaging.
We will charge a 10% restocking fee for any refunds.
If you wish to exchange for items equivalent to the returned items' value, we will not charge the 10% restocking fee. Items have to be unused with original packaging.
Store credit will be given for gift returns. GIFT RETURNS ARE NOT CASH REFUNDABLE.
EXCEPTIONS:
**All clearance/final sales items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
**All wearables such as: shirts, fins, socks, tabis, hats, arm sleeves, gloves, life jackets, diving masks, snorkels, face covers (balaclava, multifunction headwear, face shields), are NON-RETURNABLE at this time for safety precautions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
**All lights are not accepted for returns, exchanges, or refunds. This includes but not limited to: flashlights, headlamps, lanterns, or any light that run on 12V/24V/110V power, etc., all with or without accessories (batteries, chargers, brackets, hardware). Underwater/diving lights are designed for use under water. Using them for other purpose will count as misuse/abuse, thus non-returnable.
All eligible products for warranty from their respected companies shall be resolved between the consumer and the companies/manufacturers, unless the warranty states otherwise.
**Rods damaged or used after purchase are not accepted for returns, exchanges, or refunds. These include rods lightly/barely used. Rods covered by manufacture warranty shall be resolved between customer and manufacturer.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges of any net if it shows any obvious signs of use by the consumer.
We do not accept any net that has been used in the water and/or dirt/grass.
We do not accept returns/refunds/exchanges for any nets that have been special-ordered.
We will charge a 10% restocking fee for any refunds.
If you wish to exchange for items equivalent to the returned items' value, we will not charge the 10% restocking fee.
As mentioned above, items have to be unused and in its original packaging.
